1974: OJ Simpson Ejected From Game for Unsportsmanlike Conduct

After threatening legendary Steelers linebacker “Mean” Joe Greene with a butcher knife, Simpson was flagged for the 15-yard penalty and sent to the locker room. Despite wielding the knife and yelling “I’ll kill you, Joe Greene!” after being tackled short of a first down, Simpson maintained his innocence and successfully appealed the call.
