1992: Billy Ray Cyrus Briefly Named Most Wanted Man in America

After his breakthrough song “Achy Breaky Heart” stayed at the number one spot for five weeks and proved impossible to escape, the FBI briefly ranks the singer of the annoying hit to the top spot of their Most Wanted list, bumping serial killer Jon Preston Steele down to number two. Eventually the FBI would calm down and take Cyrus off of the list when the song stopped playing on the radio so much.
