A third-party voter reportedly wanted to avoid potentially long lines for today’s election and instead put his vote for Jill Stein directly into a city-owned trash receptacle, political analysts have confirmed.
“That’s a huge blow for Stein, honestly,” said Fox News’ Carla Smith. “Every candidate wants as many votes as possible to be counted, but especially someone like Jill Stein. That single ballot probably represents a large chunk of her turnout in whatever county it happened in. A huge blow to her non-serious, purely performative presidential campaign, I’m sure.”
The Stein voter who put their ballot in the garbage can defended their actions.
“It’s not that I don’t take democracy or voting seriously,” said Monty Benson, the long-time third-party voter. “It’s just that, I understand that this third-party stuff is mostly demonstrative anyway, so it’s probably OK if I don’t go down to my old middle school and wait 45 minutes just to demonstrate my point. I threw that thing in the trash and I was home in no time. I regret nothing.”
As of press time, precincts reported that Stein had received several dozen votes throughout the country, prompting her to announce her candidacy for 2028. Congratulations, Jill!
“Jill Stein?” As many times as she’s been on the ballots, I still have never heard of her..
I’ve seen port o potty’s with Harris drop box signs on them.
I’ve been an Independent since I cast my first vote for John Anderson in 1980.
I switched to Republican for the Primary this April.
That was a way overdue move..
Nobody is ever going to lock me down or mandate me again.
MAGA
It’s really sad that a lot of people are stuck in a box like this individual who threw away his ballot.
The Media has succeeded with people like this. Their fixsation on the person Trump has caused them to totally miss the real issue. What is the real issue???????
The real issue is TWO IDIOLIGIES; 1) the far left which leads the nation into socialism, communism, police state, 2) a return to the Judeo-Christian principals of the Constitution of this Republic.
I did not vote for Trump. I voted for a return of this Republic to the foundation it was built on.
